Hoppy, Unfiltered Pilsner. Ah man, we can never have enough Pilsner! This unfiltered Pilsner utilizes Saaz hops and no finings or filtration to leave us with a beer full of great old world hop character and a simple pilsner malt base. Crisp and snappy with a great hop balance allow the earthy, floral, and citrus qualities to shine. Balanced bitterness and a clean flavor profile make this beer immensely drinkable. Cheers!

Appearance: Arrives hazy and honey colored with a modest head that delivers splashy lacing
Smell: Crusty bread and grass, with a floral overtone
Taste: Intensely floral with a crusty bread base, the grassy hops emerge to add balance; the finish is moderately dry
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with crisp carbonation
Overall: Not as hoppy as I anticipated, this is a very refreshing and pretty authentic stab at the style
