Collaboration with Cellador Ales
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Cellador Ales. Pasts is a golden sour ale utilizing both oats and buckwheat. The gallberry honey is sourced locally from Bennett’s Honey Farm. The beer spent 11 months in French oak barrels that previous held Rhone varietal red wine.
