16oz can. Willi becher glass. Cloudy unfiltered yellow straw body. Frothy white head. Smell is citrus, baked bread, mineral, passion fruit, grass, herbal, straw. Awesome. The galaxy hops really take the underlying pilsner malt to a whole other level. Flavour follows with a more balanced medley of citrus and straw, with mild herbal and grass bitterness on the finish. Slightly sweeter and more dank than most pilsners. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, slightly heavier and less crisp than most typical pilsners, but I'll take that as a trade-off for the galaxy dry hopping. Really nice hoppy pils; most of them tend to just be hoppier noble hops, but this is a more robust, legitimate version that isn't in the watery India Pale Lager category.
