Appearance: Arrives cloudy and honey colored with a one finger head; a few strands of lace
Smell: Papaya, pineapple and pine
Taste: Papaya forward with some pineapple developing; through the middle, a piney character emerges along with a bit of grape skin; the finish features more bitterness than juice
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Here we have an NE IPA that tips its hat to the West Coast with a relatively dry and bitter finish
