Imperial Stout with Vanilla, Coconut, and Cedar - Our first collaboration with our friends at Three Chiefs. No Rest incorporated a 24 hour overnight boil to produce maximum decadence. We layered this beer with a massive 12 lbs. per barrel of coconut, heaps of Madagascar vanilla beans, and Spanish cedar planks milled by our design/build friends at The Knowhow Shop. Without a doubt this is the most excessive beer we have made to date, oozing with intense chocolate, candy bar, and melted ice cream overindulgence.
