504 is a Barrel Aged Neapolitan Imperial Stout with a touch of cinnamon. We took a blend of imperial stouts, some of which had been aging in bourbon barrels for over 15 months, and added heaps of cacao nibs, strawberries, and vanilla. To finish it off we added a pinch of cinnamon to bring it all together.
