Infinitefinite Version 1 consists of 4 separate barrel threads. A stout aged in a Woodford Reserve barrel for about 22 months. A stout aged in a Heaven Hill Bernheim Wheated Whiskey barrel for 10 months. A stout aged in Willett Bourbon barrels for around 12 months. And lastly, but not least-ly a stout aged in Weller Wheated Bourbon barrels for 10 months.
We aimed to have chocolate, oak, vanilla, and spirit lead the way, and this blend delivers on all accounts.

Thanks, Shane and Chris.
Inky black with no head. The nose is a great, umami rich blend of soy, leather, dark fruit, dried fruit, licorice, anise, vanilla and bourbon. The savory aspects of this beer are pretty deep. Rich, creamy, thick, full bodied with low carbonation, this is a demonstration of blending and barrel aging, allowing the focus to be on the depth that barrel aging can bring to a beer. Bitter dark chocolate, caramel, toffee, bourbon. Very tasty.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
