Scattered Density is a double dry hopped hazy DIPA brewed in collaboration with our friends Troon Brewing. This big hazy beer uses all Southern Hemisphere hops, Motueka Hop Kief, NZ Cascade, Nelson Sauvin, & Egger’s Special. We’re experiencing massive aromas & flavors of lime creamsicle, Dole Whip, & bright cotton candy.

12 oz. pour on draught at the brewery. Served in a stemless glass. It pours an opaque, slightly muddy, pastel tangerine color with a half finger cap of creamy, bright white foam. A very attractive pour. The nose offers tart citrus and a heavy dose of Nelson. It's delicious! Lots of lime, lemon, white wine grape, and soft, creamy vanilla. The flavors are big, bold, and highly complimentary. A great mouth feel - nicely thick and creamy with moderate carbonation, and it drinks easily at 8% ABV. Overall, I really enjoyed Scattered Density. The whole exceeds the sum of its parts and it's a great job by two very fine brewers.
