Clear and frothy golden brew in the Bellegems glass. Long-lasting foam and quite slushy in the mouth. Hoppy and aromatic with alfalfa and straw. Tastes of cereal with a moderate malty sweetness. Quite resiny and even nutty. Overly bitter for a light and otherwise tasty brew. I think of a DIPA, but the hops are distinctly not from around here. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's. Dated 01/03/24.
