A west coast Pilsner brewed in collaboration with our friends from Australia, Balter!
This pils uses a hop combination of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Mosaic Cryo. A crisp, tasty beer with big bright mixed tropical fruit aromas bursting out of the can.

Clear bright yellow brew with adequate foam in the Troubadour tulip. Pleasing lemony aroma with notes of lime and avocado leaves. Light bodied with a moderate spritz on the tongue and a tangy finish. Flavors are mostly hop-related. Tastes of green melon, lime peel. Not overly bitter, but enough to balance the slight sweetness. Rather sharp and fruity but quite quaffable. The New Zealand hops seem to do well in the Pilsner style where they're not over bittered. From the 16 oz can purchased at at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 05/31/24.

Sweet and light cereal malty, white wine grape, lemony-lime citrus, and a hint of Mosaic-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a light and crisp, piney-dank, hoppy bitter swallow. The nose is a little better than the taste here and it drinks more like a Cold IPA than a pils. This needed just a touch more bready malty pils character on the palate. Still tasty!
