Clear golden brew with fluffy white foam in the tall Pilsner glass. Lemon peel in the aroma. LIvely and spritzy on the tongue with a light body. Some hints of sweet malt and a bit gummy and resiny. Sort of plain and cereal tasting at first but quite tangy with a lemon finish. Or maybe it's yuzu! Rather bitter after some sipping. Overall this is a highly quaffable lighter beer. From the 16 oz can purchased at at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 04/12/24.
