Collab w/Windsor Homebrew Supply. Barleywine aged for 11 months in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel. Barleywine aged for 11 months in a Ginja barrel that previously held Woodinville bourbon. Also a small piece of what became the Old Youth blend that had been aging in stainless

Poured at fridge temp. Pours a very dark brown with zero head. The nose is bourbon, vanilla, toffee pudding, rich malts, and a bit of maple in the background.
The taste is sweet and salty toffee, bourbon, molasses, vanilla, walnuts, and sweet candy. Lovely smooth flavor.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied and the aftertaste is sweet caramel. Great barleywine!
