The 2024 batch of Breaking Silence west coast pilsner uses a dry hop combo of Mosaic & Peacharine hops. With a combo like that, your senses will experience intense aromas of & flavors of lime zest, grapefruit pith, & mangosteen with each sip taken.

Sweet and light honeybread malty, prominent peachy stonefruit, a hint of Mosaic-dank, and a lemony citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly muddled, stonefruity hoppy bitter finish. This one finishes a touch soft...not as crisp as I like my hoppy pils. Also, it is missing those classic pilsner notes on the palate.
