It's been about 5 years since the last time we did a variant of non-BA Griffith that we packaged to go. So to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Griffith, we had to make something special. So we thought what pairs perfect with Griffith... Maple Syrup!
This delectable version takes the Griffith you know and love and adds heaping amounts of Maple to make Griffith even more suitable for breakfast time!

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a very thick black with almost no head. The nose is maple, chocolate, malts, coffee, vanilla, and some graham cracker.
The taste is really nice. Sweet maple, vanilla, a hint of cinnamon, roasted malts, milk chocolate, coffee, and a slight syrupy note. Reminds me of Double Stack from Great Notion.
Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Slightly sweet aftertaste.
