Clear amber brew with long-lasting foam. Tastes of peach, mango, and a squeeze of lemon, but not too tart. Deeply aromatic with ripe honeydew melon and peach fuzz. This is deeply fruity but restrained somewhat in the use of hops. The aftertaste is suitably bitter, but not abusive. The fruit is tangy and a little sweet, but mellow and pleasing. Overall this is a highly drinkable hoppy brew that respects the limits of the human taste bud. One of the best new IPAs. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 02/11/25 so less than a month old.
