J.L.T. is our barrel aged imperial stout with coconut, peanut butter, and chocolate.
The beer itself follows closely to the concept of Meryl, extended aging barrels while loading it up with dog treat inspired adjuncts (coconut & peanut butter), but this time with the addition of the forbidden (to dogs), chocolate. These barrels fit unbelievably well with this beer (before we even added any adjuncts the blend tasted a lot like peanuts & chocolate). J.L.T is all about balance, loaded up front with notes of umami flavors from the extended aging, the sweetness from the adjuncts brings you back into decadence. Coconut and peanut butter lead the way, all while being rounded out by the bittersweet notes of chocolate.
