We made this Black IPA version of our beloved Hello LA for Hello LA weekend December 2025. Based on recipe development insights from Cold Sun and Bortzbo, our goal was to replicate the hop aromatics of Hello LA in a Black IPA base. The grain bill lends malt complexity and richness to provide a backbone for the chocolate roast and heavy dry hopping. This is a great fall/winter sipping beer and a fun addition to the Hello LA lineup!
