Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a deep amber color with a tiny head of white foam. The head fades quite quickly, leaving a touch of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is rather strong of a caramel and grain smell mixed with a bit of cracker and grain and notes of apple.
Taste – The taste begins with a nice sweet caramel flavor mixed with a touch of bread and apple. As the taste advances some light brown sugar and notes of grain come to the tongue, leaving a nice easy natured taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is quite thin with a higher and more effervescent carbonation level.
Overall – A rather flavorful and nice drinking light brew. This is a rather tasty and nice light brew overall.
