Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a small head of white foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strongest of a bready and light caramel malt smell mixed with notes of hay and earth.
Taste - The taste begins with a bready and lightly toasted flavor mixed with notes of caramel and a bit of corn. Along with these is a touch of toffee and a light level of herb. As the taste advances notes of hay and peach come to the tongue, and with a little bit of a loss of the sweet, one is left with a moderately dry and crisp lager adjunct lager taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is light and thin with a higher level of carbonation.
Overall – An OK adjunct lager.
