Purchased at Carwyn Cellars in Thornbury in June 2024 and drunk in January 2025.
L: Crystal clear, light golden straw colour with a fluffy bright white head and massive amounts of large bubbles rushing up the glass.
S: Dusty grain, sweet dough, a touch of dark honey, and a light earthy smell.
T: Bready malts, mild floral and citric bitterness. Very clean and crisp. Finishes dry with a light citrus tang.
M: The body is full, and carbonation and carbonic kick are mild. Everything perfectly suits the beer.
O: This is a really nice, uncomplicated beer. Well done, Cornella!
