Les Zythologues - Tailleurs de Bière

Poured crystal clear golden with a plump white head and spotted lacing. Smells of grassy hops, crisp light malts, a hit of crusty bread, and a floral and general grain tone. Taste is simpler: malt, yeast, and hops, in that order of intensity. Very crisp and clean, light but never thin, proper and elegant. Maybe it is a product of drinking french beer for a week, but this was really pleasant!
