A - Pitch black pour with a thick, creamy lacing ring.
S - Chocolate, juicy cinnamon and tea leaf.
T - Chocolate, spice, alcohol, bourbon, light oak tannin, some herbally tea presence. The alcohol, though well hidden in the nose, really surfaces on the palate - definite bourbon presence!
M - Big and full bodied, silky and velvety, sticky.
O - This is a fantastic beer. Kudos to DuClaw on this one.
