DuClaw Brewing Company "Sour Me Mojito"
16 fl. oz. can coded "PUCKER UP 08/07/18"
$3.39 @ King of Prussia Beer Outlet, King of Prussia, PA
Look: Hazy golden body beneath a finger-thick head of bright white. Streams of tiny bubbles can be seen racing upwards, yet the head retention is limited. Such is usually the case with sour beers.
Smell: Mineralish and acidic.
Taste: Tart, but not quite sour... not puckering. Some lime is present, mainly upfront and across the middle, and then the mint comes out to play and lingers in the finish.
Feel: Light-medium in body and gently crisp.
Overall: An interesting twist that works. I wish there was more lime flavor but it's still pretty good as it is. Refreshing and enjoyable.

A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that eventually completely faded away.
S: Light aromas of lime yogurt are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of limes and creamy yogurt. There is a light to moderate amount of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied, tart, and somewhat creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the aromas and flavors of limes in this Berliner Weisse but it seemed like they could have been a litter stronger for something that is named a mojito.
