16 oz can split with my wife. Poured into a teku glass. Pours a clear yellow/orange color with a small head. Aroma and flavor offer saccharine peach medicine flavor, a bit of tartness, and peach ice cream (or sherbet, I suppose). It actually tastes pretty good despite the hint of artificiality. Fizzy, light mouthfeel. One and done.

Showering the tastebuds with peach, vanilla sparkling white wine and racy acidity, DuClaw Brewing rains down on the senses with a tantalizingly tart ale that is as much of sherbet as it is of ale. You could easily say that they are "souring us" instead.
Glowing brightly behind a fine translucent pale golden hue, Sour Me Peach Sherbet casts a medium haze below a frothy, spritzy white crown of foam. As its scent rolls off the rim, the senses are stricken by the brisk citrus, orchard and cidery scent that's backed with white wine and a mild briny must. Gentle with sweetness, the beer's light malt profile gives a slightly candied taste of fruit rollup, sourdough and powdered sugar.
As the sweetness fades quickly on the middle palate, the malts leave the bold peach additions to carry the flavor profile. With hints of mango, orange, green apple, lime and lemon following closely behind, the beer rises with an acidic, piquant tartness with an acute sense of lactic acid. Sour in its lasting taste, the balance is a show of vanilla, balsa andburlap close out the session crisply and concisely.
Medium light in body, the mimosa flavored ale finishes with a bold sense of refreshment, drinkability and leaving the palate clean and dry. Its a tasty sour ale where its acid level seems a bit forced and seemingly not completely via fermentation.

L: Orange. A little hazy but you can tell it's been filtered. Lacing is very thin, but the carbonation is active. The small tiny bubbles indicate to me that this was made with lactic acid bacteria and this is no doubt why it's called 'sherbert'
S: Big sour notes behind barley malt. Fruity and tangy too, but not from hops. I can't smell the peach, which I think is cool because I wanted to drink a beer, not eat a peach.
T: Peach warhead. Starts as a peach, turns very very sour, finishing sweet.
F: Refreshing and tart. Pleasant once your palate adjusts. Nice light body, glides off the palate finishing clean.
O: Lots of flavor packed into a light body. Filtered and clean looking. Good price, great brewers.

Thanks Knapp85 for sharing this.
A - Golden peach color with thin micro-lacing and light carbonation
S - Sour, funky peach aroma with a small hit of cream in the background.
T - Sour, tangy peach fiunk from start to finish with some light fleshy peach on the very back side of the sip. Nice lingering peach finish with no graininess whatsoever and never overly puckering.
M - Big medium body with delicate carbonation pricklies.
O - Not a fan of sours but this is very nicely done. Dig it.

Pours slightly hazy, gold in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is big sour mix, peach puree, and white sugar. Sour, prickly, medium carbonation with light body. Makes for a good dessert beer. Would get this again.

A: The beer is yellow in color and has both a slight amount of haziness and visible carbonation. It poured with a thin layer of white bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of peaches and a bit of sourness are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little sour with a bit stronger flavors of peaches.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is hardly sour compared to other beers in the style but is easy to drink and has nice flavors of peaches.
