5 oz pour on tap. Pours a medium raspberry color with a nice pinkish head. Aroma and flavor are fresh tart raspberries with a hint of hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is moderately carbonated.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on April 11, 2019. Doubling down on the hops, raspberries, ABV and overall flavor of our last raspberry sour. This ale brings together sweet raspberries and mouth-puckering tart brew for a perfect blend of tart and sweet.

A: The beer is very hazy pale red in color and has some hints of brownish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high light pink head that quickly died down, leaving lacing on the surface and the sides of the the glass and a narrow collar around the edge. It's too hazy to see any visible carbonation, but I can detect that there is a column of rising bubbles from the small patch on the surface in the center that is continually repopulated by new bubbles.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sour raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is moderately sour with strong flavors of raspberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and quite tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed this beer as it seemed to have a perfect balance of raspberry flavors (with bits of associated sweetness) and sourness. It is very drinkable.
