A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of lactobacillus and limes are present in the nose.
T: The taste has stronger flavors of limes along with notes of tequila from the barrel aging.
M: It feels light-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has refreshing qualities. This would make for a nice selection for a hot summer day.

Pale golden pour, not too much rising head or lace. Stagnant, gold, small amounts of rising carbonation.
The aromas really introduce the adjuncts nicely. Lots of present lime, with a presence of guava as well and the pineapple serving as a subtle compliment. Tart aromas, getting similar nose to a margarita. Some light agave sweetness is really the only other tequila influence I got from this beer.
Tart, mildly puckering flavors with lime taking the forefront. Fresh pineapple juice swoops in and really gives this gose a great tropical feel. Salty backbone helps cut through any residual acidity and makes for a gose that’s perfect for a hot summer day.
Crisp, light, mildly sticky puckering quality to the feel of this beer. Think of that feeling you get after half a bag of Sour Patch kids. Clean, refreshing finish.
