Brewed with lactose, London Ale III Yeast, and Mosaic Lupulin powder, soured with Lactobacillus delbruecki and fermented on top of pineapple, this brew is perfectly hard and soft, tart and sweet and sour. She stands tall, wears a crown, and makes everyone around her feel like royalty.

For what it is, this beer is pretty damn good — but it's not an IPA. It has none of the qualities of an IPA that any drinker would expect. Good flavor, great tartness, pineapple flavor is also pleasing but this isn't hoppy or IPA-y at all. Great tart/sour beer though.
