Poured from a 1 pint can.
Did not like this one kind of like a acetic orange pop with a bitter aftertaste.

The orange was bitter. It reminded me of Schweppes bitter orange. Nothing overwhelming in orange. Expecting an orange ice cream stick for adults, but disappointing

Duclaw is my favorite experimental brewery as of late. Usually Decadent better at the sweeter DIPA beers but this one isn't bad. Definitely darker than I expected and hazy for sure with some decent foamy head. Smell doesn't scream creamsicle but it's not overbearingly bitter smelling either. Taste is OK malty rather than hoppy fruity rather than bitter and the vanilla and orange flavors just get muddled up a bit in the taste. Pretty drinkable even though it's a DIPA it drinks rather smooth. A shame this beer doesn't deliver on more creamy or sweet flavors but it was a decent find at a hole in the wall bottle shop.

IPAs are usually not my go to beer but tried this one last night cuz it was new on the menu. Appearance and aroma of a typical hazy ipa. It didn’t taste very fruity but the hops stood out without being too bitter. High ABV, 8.5 was well hidden, seemed like a 6 but after I drank 3, the ABV appeared.

I wanted to taste that flavor when I was a kid of a orange cream sickle, but not even in the ballpark. Taste like Whiskey in a can, which isn't bad if you looking to get messed up quick. Just isn't for me.

This beer is an abomination, and it's a shame because I love creamsicles. I can pick up on the orange and vanilla, but it does not work here. I think creamsicle beers work better as sours imo. The addition of lactose doesn't help this IPA. I'm so thankful that the guy at the beer store just let me purchase one and I didn't buy a 4-pack. This is one of the most unappealing beers I've ever tasted. On a positive note, it pours beautifully, but looks can be, and are, deceiving.

Orange, vanilla and hops piled high on an Imperial hazy IPA. Sounds like a dream doesn't it?
Pale and honey-like in its pour, the suggestion of orange and bronze play out with a nearly chrome appearance. As a voluminous froth builds. a burst of orange hits the nose with a strong citronella, herbal perfume. With an early sip of caramel and honey, impressions of graham crackers come to mind.
As its bold and supportive malts extend onto the middle palate, its the influence of orange, and the complementary citrus of pink grapefruit that bring a racy and tangy brightness to the forefront. Trending strong in its bitterness, a grassy, piney and botanical taste late is uncharacteristically bold for hazy IPA.
Full, plush and attempting to dry in finish, the beer's creaminess and maltiness fades to a malty-dry, spicy, boozy and resinous finish that's conflicted on whether to be a hazy or and traditional Imperial IPA. The linger of honey and caramel seem somewhat stale and further hinders the beer's smoothie-like character.

I wanted to like this. The name is a so good, and Dreamsicle? A no-brainer. Perfect idea for a juicy milkshake ipa, but it’s just...confusing?
Loads of toasty malts with orange in the background, but the hops and orange character are overpowered by the malt. The flavors are in such contrast that it clashes jarringly. Kind of a muddy color too. Maybe orange juice or maybe whatever malts are being used. Really disappointing.

A hazy double IPA made with tangerine peel, ground vanilla, lotus, lactose, and a select choice of hops. Has a milky caramel appearance, feint orangy smell and a nice rich flavor. Mouthfeel is on the thicker side. In all honesty I was expecting more of a creamsicle flavor but it's still very good.
