Pumpkin Spice Latte Porter.
Nothing says fall is here like pumpkin spice lattes taking over every coffee shop in America. Now it's taking over your favorite brewery too! The new addition to the "Sweet Baby" family combines pumpkin spice flavor and notes of coffee in a smooth and creamy porter.

The pour is jet black with a tan & frothy head of foam. The body is light to medium & on the taste I'm getting some rich roasted malt, coffee, pumpkin, & pumpkin pie spices. Overall, this is a good porter & I like that use real ingredients unlike some other breweries out there that brew this style of beer. Cheers! B

Porch libation..... Poured from 12 oz can purchased from the Washington Beer Store.
Rich and roasty, as we've come to love from the Sweet Baby series!
The aroma is a lovely, roasty coffee. The spice comes through lightly as it warms up in the glass.
Coffee comes through brilliantly on the taste with cinnamon, all spice, and anise to supply the pumpkin spice feature. Finishes bitter on the tongue. "Baking chocolate" drying on the mouthfeel. Nothing sweet going on. (Not a negative)

Pours black. Thin tan foam. Black coffee aroma. Bitter coffee body. Some smoke. Slight pumpkin spice. Heavy bitter finish. This could be a little sweeter with more emphasis on the pumpkin but for a porter it's pretty spot on.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a cola color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of pumpkin, spices. Taste is roasted malts, pumpkin, spices. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

Seemed everything went well with this beer except the flavor. No discernible pumpkin flavor, lactose was MIA and if there was cinnamon, it presented as charred malts. I was more than a little perplexed drinking this one.

Pours a deep dark mahogany with a caramel colored head that hangs around.
Pumpkin, dark malty bread, molasses, and spices in the nose- cinnamon and mocha.
Taste follows nose with subtle sweet notes.

Pours clear, chestnut in color with one half inch head. Taste is cinnamon, clove, coffee, and dark chocolate. Dry, roasty, medium body, low carbonation. The chocolate is too dry and chalky. So much promise. I like the enhanced additives but the base is off. Java is strong. It is missing peanut butter...sooo close. If only I was a coffee drinker.

Purchased at Bound Beverage, Warrington, PA. 6pk/12oz cans
Pours a very dark, deep brown color. Totally opaque. A fast fading, whiteish head on the initial pour.
Aromas of cinnamon.
The taste is very cinnamon forward. A sour pumpkin flavor mixed with coffee and malts. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Medium carbonation, medium consistency.
Overall, a decent but not fantastic brew. I enjoyed it but as a seasonal, fall-style beer, I’ll seek out others in the future…cheers!

Well it's definitely full of roasted coffee slight chocolate and a good dose of cinnamon. Is it pumpkin spice? Not that I could really taste it not very sweet at all compared to the other sweet baby offerings. I was actually relatively disappointed no peanut or peanut butter flavor to speak of.
