An unabashed hop demon with all semblance of malts entirely subsumed to the brisk array of horizon, centennial and cascade whole hop flowers. Much of the 100+ IBUs are derived from late boil additions yielding a succulent, green, minty, and fibrous hop flavor and a forward leaning hop aroma. The body is bright golden, hazy, and relaxed and after a few moments gives little thought to head or lace.
Hop On It makes no overtures towards balance and the mouthfeel pays the price for such an over-the-top infusion of green leafy matter. But hop hounds will be drawn to this imperial IPA like a compass needle to the North Pole.
