Pours a hazy, gold color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, wheat, salt, hint of bacterial funk, citrus, and a hint of hops. Fits the style of a Gose. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, wheat, salt, hint of bacterial funk, hint of citrus, and a hint of hops. Overall, decent appearance, good aroma, body, and blend.

From the freshness dated bomber (6/15/16) into a Samuel Smith's perfect pint glass results in a slightly hazed orange body capped by a surprisingly substantial frothy head that recedes into a cap of foam, some lacing is there too, a nice looking beer .
Aroma is subdued, but I get astringent wheat beer and a slight lemony tang
Taste is very clean wheat beer, some citrus tang. Salt is very light as is the coriander. Too light for my tastes as I do enjoy a bit more salt in a Gose, otherwise I'd seek out a wheat beer.
Nice thirst quenching wetness and very easy to put down quickly, I wonder why nobody puts these low ABV beers in a 40oz package?
Overall a nice summer beer, but slightly misses my expectations on the style
