The beer I have been looking for. An absolutely wonderful Kolsch. Pours a beautiful golden color, nice lacing remaining. Aroma is pleasant, clean, not medicine at all, slight grain, light floral. Taste is magnificent well balanced grain, very light hops, crisp malt.. Mouthfeel is smooth, easy to dink... wish it would have lasted longer. Highly recommend, Wish I had bought more than one bottle, but with experiments, you never know. Hit the jackpot this time.

My neighbor to the left shared a bomber of the Kolsch from Laurelwood and it was quite nice. It poured a clear golden with white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had hints of straw bitterness. The taste was evenly balanced and easy to drink. It was a bit hoppier than I expected and had grass and earth base. The Mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.
