Similar in appearance to the Mother Lode Golden with a bright, brassy color and defining yeast character. But much cleaner and spirited than Mother. Features a light head trailing fine silky lace, integrated English-style bittering, and invigorating freshness. The forward leaning properties of the house yeast strain lend both a light doughy aroma and a tangy demeanor that will likely stir either strong appreciation or strong rebellion.
Me, I liked Out Of Bounds a lot. Its a blonde ale, but not a dumb blonde it doesnt embarrass itself by pandering to lite sensibilities. Instead, its a great session ale and food chaser. Brewed as a late winter seasonal.
