Quite aromatic with the German esters and the oddball fruit. Nearly clear amber with a persistent white foam. Spritzy and mouthfilling.
It's sweet with malt like the richer sort of Hefeweizen, but has a nice tart touch from the guava. It's a pretty good twist on the classic style, with the endless fragrance. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Market of Choice in Eugene.
