16 ounce can poured into a .5L dimpled mug.

L: Clear gold, 2” white head, loose foam hangs around for a minute.
S: Herbal hops, hints of orange and honey, nice while it lasts.
T: Opens sweet and malty, honeysuckle, moderate spicy hop bitterness rises to the finish for a more dry flavor.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, slight crisp bite up front, fades to a softer frothy feel.
O: Representative and easy drinking, good Festbier.

 

From the pint can, it pours a clear golden color with a nice white head that slowly diminishes to a nice ring and leaves a bit of lacing. The nose gets a crisp malt scent with hints of fall spices. The mouth follows with a smooth feeling malty brew.
