A beer that stems from the St. Patrick's Day celebration and the coming of spring. Warm malt notes of toffee and caramel fill each pint with a bouquet of earth and spice on the nose from the hops to make this Irish Red shine.

12 ounce can poured into a nonic pint glass.
Canned 02/27/26
L: Clear amber-copper pour, 1/2” off-white head, creamy foam
S: Bread and caramel malt, hints of corn as it warms.
T: Toasted malt, some roast, fairly dry for an Irish, only hints of caramel sweetness, tangy woody bitterness.
F: Medium body, high carbonation, crisp and somewhat chewy, not smooth.
O: A bit too sharp and roasty for what I like in this style.
