Had on tap at Frisco's (from notes).
A: Nice thick 1 finger head. A dark muddy brown. Brackish.
S: I get a spicy scent like peppers or black pepper. It smells like something I can't quite place. Almost singes the nostrils. No pineapple.
T: A tad bit of spiciness on the aftertaste. You can place the spice but it feels like it is blocked as if behind a bubble. I get no pineapple. It is nice and even with a burst of sweetness while it is in your mouth. Different. An odd spice is here.
M: Very smooth. No bubbles you can feel. Virtually, no carbonation.
O: Different. It turns out they used pineapple and coriander. The coriander is definitely dominant here. You don't get a lot of the normal Raging Bitch hop notes at all. Not bad though.
