Pours amber with minimal head. Hoppy nose with some alcohol presence. Bitter hops with pepper notes. Finishes sticky and bitter.

Undated bottle into pint glass. Rich, clear amber color; persistent off-white head. Muted pine and sweet grapefruit up front, nicely balanced bt malts, finishing with an understated citrus bitterness. A lot of flavor, but everything is so well balanced that it ends up really smooth and drinkable. Medium mouthfeel. Absolutely no indication that this is a 10% brew - the alcohol is almost criminally well-hidden.
This is a really good DIPA.

served on draft, in a 10 oz glass
clear, golden in color, with foamy white head. as expected, a big strong hop aroma - a bit herbal, earthy, flowery. enough malt to hold the beer up. medium bodied.
