12 oz bottle.
Pours slightly-dark and golden with a light-to-medium amount of white foam. Smell is of slightly fruity belgian character but also slightly of minerals. Taste is similar with added malt sweetness in the finish. Feels bright and crisp in the mouth and is overall better than I expected and enjoyable.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
L: Pours a clear pale golden color. 2 fingers of white head dissipate rapidly. Small amount of lacing.
S: Citrusy. Lemon zest and mown hay.
T/F: The dominant flavor up front is citrus/lemons... with a grassy/herbal character underneath. Slightly sweet due to the robust ABV... a bit warming. Zesty on the mouthfeel as well, aggressive carbonation.
O: Not a bad take on the style... citrusy and refreshing with a good ABV which makes it a bit dangerous. You could easily put back a few of these on a warm day. My first beer from Flying Dog and definitely enjoyable. Not Duvel... but 'nice'. The name really does say it all.

Look: Pale translucent golden straw. Snow white head. Some glass soapiness and
lacing.
Smell: A little candy sugar and dough
Taste: Sweetness and booze. It's a tad one-dimensional, but for me at least,
it's leaning in the right one direction.
Feel: Thicker than it appears. Very clean in the finish.
Overall: "Nice," as the name suggests. This is a very sweet little beer,
that carries a pretty big stick ABV wise. Somewhat one-note, but I
like the note! Clean finishing and very drinkable. Enjoyed.
