Pours a clear, golden, reddish color. Mostly translucent. Zero head on the initial pour.
Little to no aroma.
A sour, salty, tangy strawberry taste. Not picking up much of the advertised jalapeño flavor. Maybe some slight heat after a few sips but not an overbearing burn. More of a standard, fruity gose. Slightly biting aftertaste.
Thin consistency, low carbonation.
Meh…a beer by definition only in my opinion. More like a wine cooler with a little bit of heat. Nothing would make me want another one…cheers!

12oz bottle poured into a tulip
A- pours a clear golden color with a razor thin head that has short retention
S- the nose it a bit muted; toasted wheat, a mineral note, a hint of strawberry as it warms
T- tart and salty up front with a light strawberry note. Mid-palate gives some toasted wheat and lemon. The finish gives more light strawberry with the jalepeno coming through only on the heat
M- light body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a crisp, warming finish

Definitely a weird one couldn't really pick up any jalapeno or heat and the strawberry was sour with the gose body reminding me more of raspberries. I might revisit if I can find it again but it was a pretty decent beer overall.

From the bottom right of the label: "FOR OPTIMAL FRESHNESS ENJOY BY: 07.08.21"
Appearance: It has a gold body with very good clarity and a slow ease of carbonation bubbles. It has a short white head that quickly recedes to a thin ring around the edge of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma: There is a light souring fruit smell. It smells a bit like raspberry.
Taste: Up front there is a light tartness with some raspberry flavor. Towards the middle of the palate there is a very pleasant mixture of fresh green pepper, dried jalapeno flakes, and a bit of coffee bean. A nice wheat flavor is in the middle. The back of the mouth is mostly wheat with a slight lingering berry tartness.
Mouthfeel: It is a light and easy-drinking beer with a wheat-like smoothness. It has a medium heat in the middle that amplifies a bit at the end of each sip. The berry tartness of the beer makes it refreshing and it cuts the heat a bit. It's a very enjoyable beer to drink.
Overall: The label states that this is an "ALE BREWED WITH STRAWBERRY AND JALAPENO PEPPERS" and calls it a "STRABERRY JALAPEÑO MARGARITA GOSE." It has a very standard Gose-like aroma but aside from that there's not much on the nose. The beer doesn't taste specifically like strawberry, but it does deliver a nice berry flavor that could easily be mistaken for raspberry. The wheat character in the beer is very nice and the star of the show is the jalapeño which has just the right amount of heat but has loads of flavor. I really enjoyed this beer and I would highly recommend it to all pepper lovers, whether it's stuffed peppers, jalapeño poppers, chili, or just raw peppers. It works really well as a beer overall and I would definitely buy it again.

A - Bright light medium gold color with light carbonation and thin dense lacing.
S - Cereal grain, strawberry, and light jalapeno spicy funky twang.
T - Strawberry overtop of a cereal grain base with light pepper spice and twang midway through that builds for a warm finish in the back of the throat.
M - Medium body, wet, and coagulates the saliva in your mouth from the peppers.
O - This beer is interesting enough to hold my attention because I like hot peppers. If you don't like the heat, avoid.
