A: hazy; deep gold in color; 1 finger fizzy ivory head that receded to a splotchy cap with a thick collar ; very little lacing;

S: a fairly intense candy-like sweetness;

T: garlic with a bit of citrus at the end; mild to moderate bitterness on the finish;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: date on the can wasn't legible; I'm guessing (hoping) that this was past it's prime;

This one pours a moderately hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like pineapple, mango, grassy hops, and a touch of bready malt.

This is pretty solid, coming from Flying Dog, which really doesn’t do this style, as far as I know. I’m not really the grand expert on Flying Dog, however, so what I do I know? It’s got a nice crisp bitterness on it, but lots of citrusy and tropical hop character. It’s not insanely juicy or soft by any means, it’s definitely dialed back from the complete chicken soup nightmares you sometimes see these days.

This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and pretty drinkable.

This was surprisingly well done.

12 ounce bottle poured into a can glass.

Drank a six pack over the last month. While it was better fresh it was still just average. Hazy, somewhat hoppy and a bit tropical.

Turbid gold appearance with a small white head and light lacing. Aroma of pitted fruit bouncing off tropical fruit. Taste switches gear just a bit; there is more citrus along with notes of pine in the background. Decent carbonation and modest bitterness lead to a medium bodied mouthfeel.

Hazy yellow, dense white head, great retention, nice lacing
Odd combination of tropical fruit and earthy, herbal resin in the aroma
Tastes like it smells, mango and guava up front, then its like rosemary and thyme oil. I don't like it
Medium light bodied with appropriate carbonation
Kinda gross

Poured into a grip shaped goblet: color is gold, slight haze, head is off white with fine bubbles, presents 1/4 inch thick then dissipates to nothing.

Smell is peach, aged mixed hops, stonefruit, maybe some berry, rather odd offnote I cannot distinguish.

Taste is similarly odd - peach and strange mix of aged hops, some malt sweetness and light bread, but overall odd flavor.

Mouthfeel is more bitter than most hazies, moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness.

Overall a brew that has not aged well, I think, compared to most from this brewery it is a bit disappointing.

On tap at Whole Foods.

A - Really hazy medium golden orange color that resembles a similar hue to fruit juice. Lacing is bright white, thin, and quite dense.

S - Vibrant citrus and some tropical fruit on the nose. Aroma does have a fruit juice character to it.

T - Sweet, pithy tropical fruit and from start to finish and ends with a moderate citrus bitterness. There's a slight bit of fruit rind that surfaces as well.

M - Medium body and leaves a hoppy layer that can be scraped off the tongue.

O - This would be a good quaffer on a hot Eastern PA day.
