Clear bright gold appearance with a large white head and good lacing. Malty, floral aroma. Think more along the lines of a Bohemian pils. Polished malt driven taste given a boost noble hops and sustained by a higher abv. Spiciness more noticeable in the aftertaste. Clean, crisp mouthfeel delivers what I look for in this style. Enjoyed this one.

A - Medium gold color with perfect clarity, lots of sprightly carbonation, and an even layer of dense creamy white foam resting on top.
S - Biscuity malt with light flowery, spicy aroma.
T - Malt base has a slight bit of graham cracker honey sweetness with some subtle flowery presence over the top along with a healthy layer of earthy spiciness over the top before ending with some lingering spicy pine bitterness for the closer. Honey malt and spicy bitterness linger on the palate.
M - Thick body (especially for a Pilsner, but to be expected because of the size of this beer). Carbonation would otherwise be very prickly if it weren't for the thick body.
O - The 8% in this beer is dangerously well hidden. But most important = Very drinkable and tastes like a regular Pilsner and nicely done!
