From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This solid pils pours a clear
golden with a decent head of white foam that settles to a thick ring,
thin dusty layer, and shows off some light lacing. Nose of herbal hops,
light grains, honey sweet malt, and subtle orchard fruit nuances. Flavors
hit the mark with herbal hops, subtle peppery hop notes, light pineapple
notes, light pine, mellow grain notes, and honey sweet malts. Mouth feel
is medium light, medium carbonation, smooth, and finishing exceptionally
balanced.
Overall a stellar pils.
Cheers

Poured into a standard pint glass from a bottle from their Family Drama Holiday Survival pack.
Look: Straw gold color as would be expected. Not much head but not very vigorously poured either. Lively carbonation moving up the glass.
Smell: A bit muted on the nose. Maybe faint noble hops and a generic beer smell.
Taste: Quite pleasant and balanced. A lot of craft pils really go crazy on the hops, so I enjoy the restraint. You get a very solid crackery malt base that is not too sweet or biscuity which is appropriate for the style. There is still a noticeable noble hops presence (and maybe something a tad piney? Maybe an American hop in there too?). Overall very drinkable but still interesting and not dull. My favorite from the mixed pack.

Light gold, good clarity, decent lacing. Fresh Noble hop nose. Light malt taste, hops a bit restrained but fresh tasting. Clean finish. Easy drinking pilsner, but not memorable or vibrantly flavored.

Poured from the bottle into a Libby style pilsner glass.
Crystal clear, gem bright beaming body appearance with a bright brass yellow color that you can practically polish just looking at it. Plentiful amounts of champagne like carbonation, slowly rising and being presented. Fluffy and bright bleach white head, with three fingers of height with nice retention but nothing too crazy.
Aroma seems to go for a bit of a noticeable sweet note, taking away some sense of clean lager sensations. Juicy hop like aroma, with touches of sweet like honey. Pleasurable but comes across more exotic than traditional.
Very surprising palate. Bold sensing pine and stinging hop bitterness on first sip. Noticeable and peppery like carbonation which accentuates much of the hop quality. Sweet finish and light touches of bakery malt, not quite dough or dense, and a juicy fruit like flavor of hop.
Well named pilsner with an aggressive mouthfeel and flavor, that kind of fits neatly.

Clear light gold. Nice grainy malt aroma and flavor with lots of noble hop character. Good balance; definitely leans hoppy. Fairly light bodied with a nice noble hop finish.

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is gold, head is off white with fine bubbles and presents one finger thick.
Smell is mixed malts or maybe aged pilsner malt - not so biscuity more light cracker and neutral grassed hops.
Taste is similar with mixed malt notes and cracker blandness with neutral grassy and light herbal hops.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, lower sweetness, low/moderate bitterness.
Overall a less than emphatic pilsner - malt is neutral/thin, hops are not too flavorful.
