Light haze, but not enough to be considered New England style. Restrained fruity aroma. Not very juicy tasting. A bit piney and overripe tasting. Semi-bitter finish. Thin body. Drinkable, but not very interesting or well-crafted. Good to see a new beer from the brewery, but the execution leaves a bit to be desired.

Light hazy dirty orange. Citrusy hop aroma and flavor but leans a bit more West Coast. OK balance with decent bitterness. Light to medium bodied. Meh.

Poured from the bottle into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Dark yellow with hinting faint chestnut brown along the edges. Slightly opaque body with classic three finger big soapy and bubbly head, colored just off white and clinging and lacing real nicely.
Sweet aroma, slightly fruity and going more to a floral sense and perfume like sense. Pale orange, with lighter citrus tones of oil and even some creamsicle like sugar.
Palate comes simply. Bitter sensing up front, more of a lighter pine with even some of sweet malt presence. Finishes with a hint of juiced orange, but and mild sensing herbal bitterness as well.
Relatively straightforward, but a simple tasting IPA that gets the job done.
