L: Hazy gold with a small head that reduces to a cap.
S: Pale malt and just a trace of honey.
T: The lavender honey doesn’t dominate. This is a nicely balanced pale ale with a low hop profile and just a tang of spicy honey, mainly in the finish.
F: Light body, soft mouthfeel.
O: A super refreshing bière blonde. This would be very pleasant easy drinking on a hot afternoon in the countryside on the outskirts of Paris.
