She's sweet but will pound you like an old nun with a ruler. Mother Superior showcases Motueka, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops, as well as El Dorado hop terpenes. This creamy, hazy, and beautifully pale double ipa is for the most adventurous hazy drinkers, but will surprise the layperson with a sweat treat that isn't bitter. Coconut and ripe papaya give way to a pleasant fresh basil/minty note that will keep you guessing. Made with the classic Domino Sugar to dry out the finish, this beer is lighter than most hazies on the pallet and hides it's big ABV like a clergy person with a drinking habit!

Draft at Care Forgot. Poured a hazy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, guava and sweet caramel. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a piney bitterness.
