Light haze to the straw color. Minor head which provides no lacing.
Wheat aroma. There’s a touch of Belgian yeast along with banana.
Lots of carbonation but the body is also richer than most wheat beers. Again, the wheat dominates the flavor here but the Belgian yeast is a bit stronger than the smell. Easy to drink and smooth. More wheat than Belgian, this would compete well with some of the better Hefeweizens.
