Copenhagen 22/1 2026. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Crude drawing of some small fish chasing a hook on a line on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Dry vibe. Sweet pineapple and passion fruit. Peach. Sour clementine and grapefruit. Whiff of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A zesty and dry specimen.
