From the 12 oz bottle, it pours a clear darker amber color with a modest white head that reduces to a thin white layer. The nose gets something, light in scent. The mouth follows with a mouth grabbing slight bitterness and roasted malt. Mild slightly bitter aftertaste. Decent version of alt..
