Poured at just warmer than fridge temp. Pours jet black, but not really thick and viscous. About a half inch of brown head. The nose is coffee, vanilla, roasted malts, milk, and a hint of bourbon.
The taste is really nice. Chocolate, vanilla, bitter roasted malts, smoke, slight soy sauce, toffee, bourbon, and sourdough bread.
Mouthfeel is fairly light for an imperial stout, but I'm not complaining. the aftertaste is toffee and roasted malts. Overall, a really nice stout.
